While Gamestop is currently giving out Pikachu-colored Pichu’s to unlock a special event in Heart Gold and Soul Silver, they are planning on giving out Jirachi soon afterwards.
Currently the only way to receive Jirachi is through the Pokemon Colloseum Bonus Disc. However This Jirachi will be special in the sense that it will unlock the Secret Night Sky’s Edge route

as far as I can tell pikachu colored pichu is still available from mystery gift via nintendo wifi.
