Wario Ware D.I.Y. Get!

So i just got Wario Ware D.I.Y. today and i must say it captures the WarioWare-ness very well.

I had originally purchased the game to play the included microgames (over 90) and try out some DLC ones but i was soon saddened to find out that you don’t unlock new sets of microgames by beating the previous ones, but rather on a daily basis.

So i was stuck with just Mona and about 10 games available for download from Nintendo and big publishers such as Pixel (Cave Story) and 2Dboy (World of Goo). This soon bored me and i was forced to partake in the main chunk of the game, the creating aspect.

Luckily the game is full of a total of 3 tutorials, and by the 1st one you grab a huge sense of how to make games and with additional exploring you can pretty much create games to your liking. The other two tutorials feature advanced techniques that you might not have found on your own.

So after letting my creative juices flow and coming up with a basket of nothing, i decided to just mess around with the art and draw whatever. Than it hit me once i hit the Light Speed eraser tool. Anyways, enough with the impressions and how i came to my idea. Here’s my microgame based on Spaceballs.
